What is Workeron HRM?
Workeron HRM is HR and payroll software for growing teams. It brings attendance, leave, worklogs, employee documents, payroll and reporting into one system, scoped so every admin sees only the branches and departments they look after.
Employees check in and out from the web or the mobile app. With geofenced attendance, Workeron records whether each check-in happened inside the branch’s area, and live boards and a monthly grid show who is in. Leave requests route to the right approver, worklogs track time against clients and tasks, and payroll runs produce PDF payslips and a bank-transfer file.
Workeron HRM shares one login with Workeron CRM, Forms and Marketing, so the people who sell and the people who manage the team work in the same suite.

Frequently asked questions
How does geofenced attendance work?
Each branch has a location and a radius. When an employee checks in or out, the app records where they were at that moment and whether they were inside the radius. Working from home can be marked separately.
Does the mobile app track employees all day?
No. The app reads location only while it is open and only at the moment of check-in or check-out. It never tracks anyone in the background.
Does Workeron HRM run payroll?
Yes. Payroll runs calculate each month’s pay with earnings and deductions, produce PDF payslips that can be emailed to staff, and export a bank-transfer CSV.
Can I manage several branches?
Yes. Set up branches and departments once; branch admins then see and approve only the people in the branches they cover.
Is there a mobile app?
The Workeron HRM app for iOS and Android, covering check-in, leave, onboarding documents and payslips, is coming to the App Store and Google Play soon. Everything already works in the browser.
